Our Return Policy
You may return items for exchange or refund. Please contact us first. If you find you cannot use the items you have ordered, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). If you wish to exchange an item, return the item within 60 days. Our products are fully guaranteed, and should function perfectly for years to come. If you have any problem or question, let us know and we will assist you with resolving it.

Old Cedar Forge, Ltd. does not sell, share, or otherwise supply any information about you to anyone; period. The only information gathered is information necessary to process your order and to serve you.
Delivery
Orders are shipped promptly, most within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. Items are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on size of box and weight. A shipping and handling charge of 21% is added to orders. We believe in re-cycling whatever can be re-used. Most of our packaging material is recycled newspaper or shredded paper. We may even re-use incoming shipping boxes. |
